Oil filter Kubota 1J090-32430 for DWG400

The Oil Filter of Kubota 1J090-32430 is designed for the D902 motor. The Kubota D902 motor (23.6 hp) is the base-driven mechanism in the Welding Machine DGW400 and Shindaiwa's Mobile Welding Units. The Fuel Filter Kubota 16271-43560 is designed for the engine model D902. Kubota motor D902 (23.6 hp, 3600 rpm) is the base-driven device in Shindaiwa Diesel Welder DGW400.

The oil filter should be cleaned and replaced for reliable and trouble-free operation of the Diesel Welder. Renewal intervals:

• first cleaning – after 50 hours of operation;
• 2nd and subsequent replacements – every 200 hours.

Oil filter replacement procedure:

1. Drain the engine oil of the engine, according to the operation manual;
2. Remove the part to be replaced with a special wrench;
3. Apply a thin layer of grease to the gasket of the new part;
4. Screw in the oil filter by hand and, as soon as the gasket touches the sealing surface, tighten it firmly without using a wrench;
5. Fill with engine oil.

Notes:

• After changing the filter and adding oil, let the engine run for a while to ensure no oil leaks. When finished, turn off the engine;
