Fuel Filter Kubota 16271-43561 for DWG400

The Fuel Filter Kubota 16271-43561 is designed for the engine model D902. Kubota motor D902 (23.6 hp, 3600 rpm) is the base-driven device at Shindaiwa Diesel Welderd DGW400.

The fuel filter should be cleaned and replaced for reliable and trouble-free operation of the welding machine. Renewal intervals:

• first cleaning – after 50 hours of operation;
• subsequent cleaning – every 100 hours;
• replacement – every 400 hours.

Procedure for cleaning and replacing the Kubota 16271-43561 fuel filter:

1. Turn the fuel tap to the "CLOSED" position;
2. Turn the filter ring to the left, remove the cap and filter element;
3. Cleaning. Remove foreign matter and water from the cap; clean the filter element with compressed air;
4. Replacement. If the foreign matter cannot be removed or the unit has worked 400 h, replace the part with a new one;
5. Reassemble in reverse order.

Notes:

• After making sure that no foreign matter is adhering to the seal, reinstall the cap;
• After inspection or replacement, ensure no fuel leaks by turning the fuel cock to the "OPEN" position. After checking, return the fuel cock to the "CLOSED" position;
• Parts catalog number of the filter element: 16271-43561 (Kubota catalog number).
