The diesel installation DGW600DM-AC by the Japanese manufacturer Shindaiwa consists of two welding stations and a generator (single-phase – 9.6 kW / 10.8 kVA; three-phase – 18.0 kW / 21.5 kVA), producing electrical current for welding and related tasks. The diesel Engine Driven Welder ensures stable simultaneous operation of two welding stations at a maximum load of 300A * 2.

The power and reliability of the diesel generator are based on the Kubota V3600-T engine (Japan), designed for heavy-duty conditions. This combination allows for quick and efficient welding operations in field conditions (locations remote from power grids). Applications of the Shindaiwa welding unit include:

  • Mining industry (bucket repair, maintenance and repair of support structures, etc.);
  • Transportation companies (railway and marine infrastructure repair);

This technical solution prevents a reduction (sag) in electrical current during simultaneous operation of two welding stations and a loaded power station. As a result, the DGW600DM-AC Shindaiwa can simultaneously power two welding stations, a welding inverter, and power tools, ensuring efficient operation for installation and repair teams.

Using DGW600DM-AC as a Generator.

Types and Output Ranges:

1/ 3-phase, 380/415 V The equipment includes one 3-phase socket at 380/415 V. The total maximum power available from the sockets is 18.0 kW / 21.5 kVA.

2/ 1-phase 220/240 V The equipment includes three 1-phase sockets at 220/240 V. The total maximum power available from the three sockets is 9.6 kW / 10.8 kVA.
