Auto-Set for automatic welding parameters adjustment

Simplify the Settings Selection Process

The Auto-Set feature offers pre-set welding settings. Specify the material thickness and wire size, and Auto-Set will automatically adjust the welding parameters. Auto-Set in Miller Bobcat 265 simplifies the settings selection process and ensures that the job is done correctly for welders of all skill levels.

Remotely turns on/off Bobcat 265

Remote Start

The remote start/stop system of the Miller Bobcat 265 welding unit allows for easy remote operation, ensuring it only runs when necessary. This contributes to noise reduction as well as fuel savings.

The useful peak power Accu-Rated™ is 11,000 watts for at least 30 seconds. Accu-Rated means that the peak power is suitable for extreme auxiliary loads, such as Millermatic® MIG welders, plasma cutting, engine starting. Accu-Rated peak power exceeds the short-term impulse or peak powers of competitors.

Welding and auxiliary power circuits are separated. Full power for auxiliary tools is maintained regardless of the modes and settings of the welding process.

Available Welding Processes:

  • Stick (SMAW);
  • MIG (GMAW)*;
  • Flux-Cored (FCAW)*;
  • Air Plasma Cutting and Gouging with optional Spectrum® models *With a wire feed mechanism.

Bobcat 265 Output Range:

  • DC Stick 20–230 A;
  • MIG/Flux-Cored 14–25 V;
  • Auxiliary Output Power;
  • Rated at 104°F (40°C);
  • Peak Power 11000 Watts, Continuous Power 9500 Watts.

Key Benefits of the Miller Bobcat 265 Welding Unit:

Easy to Use Quick and precise adjustments with a single knob. The Auto-Set feature automatically adjusts welding parameters.

Separation of Welding Process and Auxiliary Power Miller Bobcat 265 provides full auxiliary power in any welding mode.

Exceptional Arc Stability. The design of the welding unit ensures easy arc ignition with fewer spatters.

Easy Maintenance. Thanks to the features of the Bobcat unit, its daily and scheduled maintenance is quick and easy.Z
